Mental health awareness

 Mental health awareness refers to the effort to educate and inform people about mental health conditions, the importance of mental well-being, and how to recognize and support those who may be victims. It aims to break the stigma surrounding mental illness, encourages open conversations, and promotes the understanding that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Raising awareness can help people identify early signs of mental issues, reduce misconceptions, and ensure that individuals get the support and care they need. Awareness can be raised by doing the following: Educating yourself and others about mental health issues, using social media to create and share posts, and hosting community or workplace events related to mental health.
