It influences how individuals think, feel, and act affecting their ability to handle stress and other decisions. Good mental health allows individuals to cope with stress and work productively. We will also highlight on the lifestyles one may need to follow to compact this global issue. A healthy lifestyle may include activities such as exercise and a balanced diet. A healthy lifestyle is not just about looking good or feeling good but about making choices that promote long-term health and wellness.
